TARLA maintains a strong network of scientific collaborations that support its multidisciplinary research framework. Collaborative efforts are carried out with national and international universities, research centers, and industrial partners in the fields of accelerator science, free electron laser technologies, radiation sources, and applied research.
Through these collaborations:
- Joint research projects are developed,
- New experimental methods and analytical techniques are shared,
- Student and researcher exchange programs are implemented,
- Research infrastructures are mutually utilized, and
- Multi-institutional publications enhance the quality and impact of scientific output.
Under TARLA’s open access policy, researchers can apply to use the facility through project proposals. Approved projects may be carried out within the scope of collaborative research programs (see Users).
TARLA also works in close cooperation with similar accelerator infrastructures across Europe, aiming to integrate into the European Research Area (ERA) and strengthen Turkey’s scientific presence in the field.
