Cold water is distributed with a central cooling system in TARLA Facility. The nominal input temperature of the water is selected as 23 °C and the temperature difference of 15 °C in full load.

- Total pipe length: 417 m + interconnections
- Tower heat capacity: 1.000.000 kcal/h
- Chiller heat capacity: 425.000 kcal/h
- Heat reservoir capacity: 30 mins (full loaded operation)
- Transfer loss: 1.5% (dry air, full loaded operation)
- Evaporation ratio : 0.9% (semi-open tower option)
- Water conductivity: >1MΩ/cm
